Anais Tobar - U.S. Air Force - United Arab Emirates

Anais Tobar
1st Lt. Anais A. Tobar, age 25, of Miami, Florida, died on July 18, 2016, in the United Arab Emirates.

Lieutenant Tobar was assigned to the 4th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina.

Anais was deployed as part of Operation Inherent Resolve, the military operation against the ISIS terrorist organization. 

The cause of Anais' death is under investigation. She was found deceased in her room. The location has been reported as Abu Dhabi. 

Anais was born in Venezuela. She attended Osceola High School in Kissimmee, Florida, where she served in the Air Force Reserve. She also attended Florida State University. 

Friends describe her as having an infectious smile and a kind spirit.

Anais' loved ones are devastated over her sudden and tragic death. She was a loving girl who was helpful to others. She did her best. She will be forever mourned.

Anais is survived by many loving comrades, friends and family members including her mother and father.

Pray that Anais is in Heaven. Pray that she is at peace and is with God. Amen.
